Aliya is an accomplished Nurse Leader and subject matter expert in the field of health systems management, and clinical process improvement. With over 15 years of industry experience, Aliya has partnered with various leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) vendors, hospitals, and practices across the U.S. to improve outcomes with the use of information technology at the point of care. In 2011, Aliya received the Online Journal of Nursing Informatics award for excellence in disseminating best practices in nursing informatics. Her clinical experience includes intensive care and trauma nursing. Aliya has a Master’s in Health Systems Management from George Mason University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University.
